Omaha, NE (4/1/2022) – ExitBig acted as the exclusive advisor to Absolute Roofseal, LLC (“EverSeal”) based out of Omaha, NE in its sale to Bison Equities, LLC (“Bison”) also based out of Omaha, NE. The transaction closed on December 31st, 2021.
EverSeal, owned by Mason Milliken, Keith Gregerson, and Paul Cain, is a business focused on permanent sealant solutions designed for flat and low sloped roofs. The company began in 2016 and has experienced rapid growth by filling a void in the market by bringing technology into an antiquated industry.

This was critical in an especially complicated deal involving several sellers,” said Aaron Gunderson, the CEO of Bison.
